Our History

How We Started

RA Farms began with a simple belief: the food we feed our families should be raised with transparency, respect, and deep care for the earth.

Located in the heart of Bowie, Texas, the Ghanem family saw the exhaustion of conventional agriculture and decided to take a different path. We started small, with a few chickens and a dream of regenerative farming. Over the years, we've carefully expanded to include sheep, goats, turkeys, and a thriving apiary of honey bees.

Today, RA Farms is proud to be a trusted source of clean, nutrient-dense, and **100% Kosher/Halal** meat. Every animal is raised with dignity and harvested following strict ethical standards to provide the most flavorful and highest quality sustenance for our community.

Our Farming Philosophy

We believe in regenerative agriculture. This means our goal isn't just to sustain the land, but to make it healthier year after year.

Rotational Grazing

Our sheep and goats are moved frequently to fresh pasture. This prevents overgrazing, naturally fertilizes the soil, and ensures the animals always have access to the most nutritious forage.

Free Range Poultry

Our chickens and turkeys live outside and are free range. They forage for what nature provides, which makes their sustenance highly nutritious and the eggs vividly orange.

Beyond Organic

We do not use synthetic fertilizers, herbicides, or pesticides on our pastures. We rely on the symbiotic relationship between plants and animals to maintain a thriving ecosystem.

Sustainable Beekeeping

Our honey bees are vital pollinators for our pastures. We harvest honey sustainably, always ensuring the hive has more than enough reserves to thrive through the winter.
